The Applied Behavior Analysis program admits students once a year. You may begin your studies in the Fall semester.

Students are admitted to the program in the Fall semester. Applications for the Fall semester open each December 1 and close on the following February 28.

The program is only available to full-time students and requires a full-time commitment.

Students enrolled in 9 or more credits are considered full-time during fall and spring semesters and 3 credits during summer semesters. The maximum number of credits allowed for full-time study is 12 for each semester.

Courses are not offered online, all courses are in-person courses.

The program is completed in 2 years during 6 consecutive semesters.

It may be possible to transfer some credits if they match the course content provided by our courses as required by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board^®. Transfer credit request will be evaluated on an individual basis by the Program Director.

Applicants can prepare for a possible interview by reviewing their reasons for wanting to study behavior analysis at the University of Miami and their plans after graduation.
